Job description

We are looking for an experiencedAdobe Analytics & Target Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Adobe Analytics & Target. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Adobe Target and Adobe Analytics, with strong technical and consulting skills to deliver impactful customer experiences and measurable ROI.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Adobe Target:
  • Architect, configure, and administer Adobe Target for multi-channel campaign delivery
  • Design and implement website optimization strategies, including A/B and multivariate testing
  • Assess existing configurations and develop plans to accelerate ROI
  • Monitor and refine digital campaign strategies to optimize performance
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define, implement, and execute testing strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Integrate Adobe Target with other Adobe tools like Adobe Analytics for a seamless experience
  • Architect Adobe Analytics solutions, including Solution Design References (SDRs) and Data Layer Specifications
  • Collaborate with engineering, business, and reporting teams for accurate data capture and workflow optimization
  • Maintain and optimize Adobe Analytics report suites, processing rules, SAINT classifications, and data feeds
  • Use tools like Workspace, Power BI, and Tableau to create insightful reports and dashboards
  • Define and communicate the technical vision for analytics solutions to stakeholders
  • General:
  • Provide technical expertise and strategic recommendations for platform usage, solution design, and optimization strategies
  • Develop detailed project plans, roadmaps, and scopes of work for engagements
  • Deliver compelling presentations to communicate the technical vision and client solutions
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices for digital marketing and analytics

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • In-depth experience with Adobe Target and Adobe Analytics for multi-channel marketing and campaign optimization
  • Strong knowledge of data layer specifications and Solution Design References (SDRs)
  • Expertise in A/B and multivariate testing strategies for website optimization
  • Hands-on experience with tag management solutions such as Adobe Launch or Tealium
  • Ability to create and maintain reports using Power BI, Tableau, and Workspace
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • 8–10 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Adobe Target and Adobe Analytics implementation and consulting
  • Experience in configuring Adobe Target for multi-channel campaign delivery and optimization
  • Proven experience in architecting and configuring Adobe Analytics solutions, including SDRs and advanced analytics capabilities
  • Experience working with tag management tools like Adobe Launch or Tealium
  • A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
  • Preferred Certifications:
    • Adobe Analytics Architect Certification
    • Adobe Target certifications

NICE TO HAVE:

  • Familiarity with mobile tagging and optimization
  • Experience with multi-touch marketing and integration of Adobe Target with other Adobe tools
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, and Workspace
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and best practices
