The Controls Test Engineer demonstrates leadership in communicating business goals, programs, and processes for an area or business segment. Has the experience or expertise to solve complex problems. Able to develop and execute objectives for self and others. This role has the ability to effect short‑term and some long‑term business goals.
The base pay range for this position is $95,000 - $125,000 USD annually. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of base salary.
