You are entrusted with leading, coordinating, and executing all engineering aspects across a diverse portfolio of high-impact projects, including Air-Insulated Switchgear (AIS), Gas-Insulated Switchgear (GIS), Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), Rail and Infrastructure programs, Data Centers, and both offshore and onshore Wind developments.

In this role, you serve as the technical anchor for the project team, driving safety, cost efficiency, quality, and reliability at every stage. You provide strong technical leadership across all engineering disciplines, ensuring seamless integration and alignment from concept through execution.

What will you do?
  • Own all engineering execution, in-house and outsourced, from proposal to energization, ensuring every project delivers contractual, technical, and performance excellence.

  • Command the engineering budget, driving cost-efficient decisions that strengthen project financials.

  • Enforce schedule discipline to deliver high-quality engineering packages on time and within target cost.

  • Set the project’s technical vision, defining design criteria and maintaining a precise, risk-aware deliverables plan.

  • Introduce innovative, cost-effective engineering solutions that enhance performance and reduce complexity.

  • Support vendor selection and subcontracting strategy through strong technical evaluation and input.

  • Ensure designs meet safety standards and regulatory requirements, minimizing risk and rework.

  • Review all design packages for accuracy, constructability, and cost impact before release.

  • Verify vendor compliance and support factory acceptance testing to ensure equipment quality and reliability.

  • Collaborate closely with project management on scope control, procurement, scheduling, and change management.

  • Maintain high standards in quality and document control, ensuring clear and auditable engineering records.

  • Lead technical interactions with clients, securing approvals and resolving design challenges efficiently.

  • Provide timely technical support to site teams, resolving queries and closing NCRs effectively.

Experience Needed?
  • You bring 8+ years of engineering or project management experience, ideally within an EPC environment, with a proven ability to deliver complex energy infrastructure projects.

  • You hold a BSc or MSc in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent), providing a strong technical foundation for decision-making and problem-solving in a demanding environment.

  • Take clear ownership of engineering budgets and key decisions.

  • Consistently uphold contract requirements, quality, and safety standards.

  • Demonstrate strong technical judgment alongside a collaborative mindset.
