Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop engineers; set priorities and resource plans.
  • Serve as senior technical lead/design authority for product development and first-build projects.

  • Lead design reviews, trade studies, prototype builds, test planning, verification/validation, and release decisions.
