Responsibilities

  • Lead technical/design reviews, prototype builds, test planning, verification/validation, and release decisions.
  • Ensure drawings, models, BOMs, specifications, interfaces, and test evidence are complete and traceable.
  • Drive DFM/DFA, cost and process improvements, and supplier evaluations.
  • Lead root-cause investigations; resolve design, supplier, production, quality, and field issues.
  • Partner with Quality, Operations, Procurement, and customers to align requirements and execute design transfer.
  • Manage multiple projects and communicate status and risks to stakeholders.
