Qualifications

• Ideally have completed the Citizens Advice Energy training, and/or NEA Level 3 City and Guilds Level Energy Awareness training.
• If you have at least one year’s experience of providing generalist advice or experience of welfare benefits, debt or housing casework this role will be of interest to you.

Responsibilities

• Assess each client's situation in depth, identifying the most appropriate strategies to support with energy related matters, including exploring every opportunity to maximise income.
• Support clients using a multi channel approach and be confident in delivering advice and support on an individual client basis as well as utilizing group methods such as workshops.
