Job summary

Planned Systems International (PSI) is seeking a Client Engineer to support the AFSOC AEMI program at Hurlburt Field, FL. The role focuses on endpoint architecture, deployment, sustainment, and cyber compliance for mission workstations and VDI, ensuring secure, reliable operator experiences across sites.

You will own image baselines, configure policy (GPO/Intune), coordinate with ISSM/ISSO for RMF/ STIG artifacts, and lead a small team of engineers.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years in endpoint/client engineering for enterprise or mission systems.
• Strong documentation and communication; able to work with operators and leadership.
• Bias for action with controlled change management; prevent regression.
• Mentorship and teamwork to develop junior engineers.
• Customer oriented mindset focused on mission impact and CPARs aligned delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own gold image baseline(s) and hardened builds aligned to DISA STIGs/RMF.
• Design endpoint policies (GPO/Intune), patching baselines, and secure software distribution.
• Lead packaging, testing, and rollout of client updates across environments.
• Partner with ISSM/ISSO to implement RMF/STIG overlays and manage PKI/BitLocker.
