We are a boutique law firm in Cerritos, CA seeking an experienced litigator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Handle civil litigation matters in employment and business law
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence
• Conduct depositions and appear in court
• Represent clients in mediation, arbitration, and trial
• Advise business clients on compliance, structure, and strategy
• Manage multiple cases and deadlines independently
• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to deliver excellent client service

Qualifications:

• Active license to practice law in California
• 4+ years of experience in civil litigation (employment and/or business law preferred)
• Strong legal writing, research, and courtroom skills
• Ability to lead cases from start to finish
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Self-starter who thrives in a team-oriented environment

What We Offer:
