Hyundai America Technical Center, Inc. (HATCI) seeks an experienced Emissions Development Manager to lead the gasoline and hybrid emissions calibration team in Superior Township, MI.

You will drive calibration development, control strategy optimization, and aftertreatment collaboration for ICE and HEV programs, targeting LEV IV, Tier 4, SULEV20 and SULEV30 compliance. The role requires 10+ years in automotive emissions, 3+ years of leadership, and deep expertise in powertrain controls, catalyst

Qualifications

• Requires 10+ years automotive engineering experience with emissions calibration.
• </br>3+ years in technical leadership or management of teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead emissions calibration development from concept to production release.
• Develop strategies to meet LEV IV, Tier 4, SULEV20/SULEV30.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external suppliers.
• Present status and risks to leadership.
