You will design software per requirements, drive test automation collaboration, and guide cross‑functional teams through the full software lifecycle in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance.
• Minimum 12 years in computer/software engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of C++ development in a professional environment.
• Minimum 3 years of leading software development teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead software engineering development for embedded hardware; provide guidance to engineers.
• Apply Agile methodologies to lead meetings, track issues, report status, and synchronize schedules.
• Develop software for embedded RTOS environments and verify system interfaces.
• Collaborate across hardware, firmware, and software to meet performance requirements.
• Create test plans, documentation, and ensure software quality through reviews.
