Minimum 12 years of experience in computer/software engineering.
Minimum 8 years C++ development in a professional environment.
Minimum 3 years leading software development teams.

Responsibilities

Lead software engineering development and mentor one or more engineers.
Use Agile methodologies to lead meetings, track issues, and synchronize schedules.
Develop software for embedded hardware and interface with hardware/firmware teams.
Design and implement RTOS-based software.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet performance requirements.
Develop test plans and participate in all phases of SDLC.
Prepare technical documentation and use modeling tools for testing.
Identify and repair defects through peer reviews.
