Job summary

IC Resources is seeking a Lead Embedded Software Engineer in Norfolk to lead the design, development and delivery of embedded software for electric drive systems. You will provide technical leadership across software development activities and ensure robust, high-quality software that integrates with hardware and vehicle subsystems.

We expect demonstrable expertise in BSW, application software, motor control algorithms, real-time systems, and strong planning and delivery management capabilities.

Qualifications

• Develop embedded software for electric drive systems.
• Lead software engineering activities across requirements, architecture, design, implementation, verification, and release.
• Familiar with ISO 26262, MISRA C and ASPICE standards.
