Job summary

Real is seeking a Technical Lead - Embedded QT Software Architect to drive the Novum Infusion Pump Platform. This role shapes mission-critical software that directly impacts patient outcomes, while collaborating with cross-functional experts as a senior member of our client's team.

You will lead architectural design for medical device UI using Qt Studio, work with systems QA and hardware engineers to ensure IEC 62304 and FDA guidance compliance, apply MVC/MVVM with Qt and Squish for quality, and

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software development for embedded systems with Qt Studio or similar UI SDKs.
• Proven leadership in architectural design for medical device software.
• Experience with IEC 62304 and FDA guidance.
• Strong mentoring and code-review skills.

Responsibilities

• Architect UI software architectures for medical devices using Qt Studio.
• Collaborate with systems, QA and hardware engineers to define requirements and test cases.
• Apply MVC/MVVM patterns and Qt Widgets to build scalable solutions.
• Develop and maintain embedded C/C++ code and integrate with hardware.
• Create and improve CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and ensure build reliability.
