Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking an exceptional electrical engineer with 7–12 years of experience to serve as a technical leader on complex, multidisciplinary projects. You will own architecture decisions and guide board-level designs for embedded systems, mentor junior engineers, and engage with clients to define scope and communicate results.

You will collaborate with mechanical, software, and human factors teams, document designs for first-generation devices, and contribute to sales and scoping

Qualifications

• BSEE or equivalent from an accredited program; advanced degree a plus.
• 7–12 years of electrical engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in analog, digital, and mixed-signal design.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical engineer on projects; own architecture decisions and ensure design quality.
• Define system design and architecture with clients and teams.
• Prototype electronics and design PCBA layouts.
• Design and test for EMC and safety; document designs and test results.
