Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a Customer Solution Architect to join our Applications Engineering team in Santa Clara, CA, leading embedded solutions for next-gen products. You will collaborate with hardware design, firmware, software, sensors validation, and AI algorithm teams to deliver integrated solutions tailored to customer needs.

You will drive system-level requirements, ensure design documentation and test plans, and optimize performance, power, and thermomechanical integration.

Qualifications

• Expertise in thermal, mechanical, and electrical (TME) engineering.
• 3+ years of proven experience in EE/CE/CS field.
• Experience leading a multidisciplinary hardware/firmware/software team.
• In-depth knowledge of AI hardware products and applications.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for solving complex technical problems and understanding trade-offs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with major Tier-1 and OEM customers to develop embedded architectures and roadmaps.
• Work with hardware, firmware, software, sensors validation and AI algorithm teams to integrate NVIDIA's embedded solutions.
• Define system-level requirements for embedded architectures using NVIDIA SoC solutions; maintain design docs and test plans.
• Evaluate system performance, power, thermomechanical integration; provide feedback to internal teams.
• Collaborate across NVIDIA to ensure customer solutions are high-performing.
