Job summary

NVIDIA seeks a Customer Solution Architect to join our Applications Engineering team. You’ll lead a Partner Enablement group, collaborate with Tier-1 customers and internal teams to scale embedded solutions from NPI to mass production, and optimize system performance across AI-driven domains.

With 3+ years and a BS/EE/CE/CS, you’ll shape system-level requirements, drive design documentation, and deliver exceptional customer enablement. This on-site role offers equity and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Expertise in thermal, mechanical, and electrical (TME) engineering and integration of large-scale Automotive/Robotic systems.
• 3+ overall years of proven experience.
• BS or equivalent degree in EE/CE/CS engineering field or equivalent experience.
• Track record leading a team and working with hardware, firmware, software, validation, PM, sensors and AI developers.
• In-depth knowledge of AI hardware products and applications.
• Exceptional communication skills, external and internal, with strong collaboration.
• Passion for complex technical and process-level problem solving and trade-offs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Tier-1 and key OEM customers and internal teams to develop future Embedded architectures and roadmaps.
• Work with hardware design, firmware, software, sensors validation and AI algorithm teams to integrate NVIDIA's Embedded solutions.
• Define system-level requirements and specifications for Embedded architectures using NVIDIA SoC solutions, while maintaining design documentation and test plans.
• Evaluate and enhance system performance, power efficiency, and thermomechanical integration, while providing laser-focused feedback to internal teams.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to ensure customer solutions are highly optimized for top performance.
