Job summary

Fort Worth ISD seeks a Coordinator IV Elementary Mathematics to oversee curriculum, instruction, assessment, and professional learning across elementary grades. The role ensures HQIM adoption, standards-aligned lessons, and staff development to support math excellence.

The position reports to the Director of Mathematics and requires collaboration with campus leaders, teachers, and district staff to sustain high-quality math instruction and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Education preferred.
• Valid Texas Teaching Certification preferred.
• 3 years elementary school teaching experience in Mathematics with a track record of increasing student achievement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate math curriculum, instruction, assessment, and professional learning.
• Develop HQIM-aligned lessons and ensure district instructional framework fidelity.
• Lead districtwide professional learning and coach teachers and campus leaders.
• Collaborate with content coordinators to support HQIM implementation and data-driven instruction.
• Provide on-campus PD and support to ensure standards-based lessons delivery.
• Engage in training structures and district priorities to raise instructional practice.
