Job summary

M.C. Dean, Inc. is seeking an Electronics Technician 4 to join the Security and Electronic Systems (SES) unit.

You will be responsible for installing and maintaining electronic security services such as intrusion detection, access control, biometric authentication, CCTV, and IT systems for federal, local, and commercial clients. The role requires 8+ years in electronics installation, TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, and the ability to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Requires a valid driver's license and may involve use of a company vehicle.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is REQUIRED.
• 8+ years of electronics installation/maintenance across multiple systems and programs.
• 3 years of the above with electronic security systems.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain electronic security systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections.
• Lead large complex installation projects with limited supervision.
• Document daily toolbox talks, safety audits, and project progress.
• Program and install head end equipment for IDS, ACS, CCTV, and IT systems.
• Troubleshoot systems and hardware at local and global levels.
• Lead on-site software commissioning and testing.
• Manage project schedules and labor hours, coordinate with supervisors.
