Job summary

JT4, LLC seeks an Electronic Technician III, Lead in Beatty, NV to supervise a small team and handle ground-based electronic systems. You will oversee installation, testing, maintenance, and fault diagnosis of complex equipment used in national defense programs.

The role requires a strong electronics background, leadership experience, and the ability to work in challenging environments, with some shift work and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher in electronics or military equivalent.
• Minimum of 10 years hands-on and leadership experience.
• Expert-level knowledge of electronics and RF devices.
• Proven soldering and troubleshooting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team or subsystem, providing guidance and training to technicians.
• Diagnose malfunctions and perform repairs to restore operation.
• Operate and maintain electronic transmitting/receiving equipment and related systems.
• Perform complex measurements and calibrations per procedures.
• Develop system briefings and draft technical reports for review.
