Job summary

FGS, LLC is seeking a highly experienced Audio Visual installation professional for a full-time role in the United States. The candidate will develop system mock ups, configure AV equipment, and lead installation teams to install AV/IT cabling and networks.

Requirements include a minimum of ten years in AV installation, ability to interpret drawings and specifications, and Extron/Crestron installation experience. A TS/SCI clearance is a requirement for hire.

Qualifications

Minimum ten years experience in Audio Visual installation.
Able to read/interpret drawings, specifications, blueprints, and related documents.
Knowledge of low voltage wiring, fiber/copper termination, and cable assemblies.
Ability to obtain and keep a TS/SCI security clearance.
Extron & Crestron installation experience.

Responsibilities

Develop system mock ups to support testing and integration.
Build, test and troubleshoot equipment and network configurations.
Read/Understand System Block diagrams.
Read/Install to detailed build drawings.
Configure AV equipment including Extron, Crestron, AMX, CISCO, ClearOne, and Biamp.
Fabricate, terminate, and install AV and IT cabling.
Assist in diagnosing problems with AV systems.
Lead a team with minimal oversight to install AVMM systems.
