Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years developing complex electronic and embedded systems.
• 3+ years engineering management or technical leadership.
• Strong analog/digital circuit, mixed-signal, PCB design, and embedded electronics expertise.
• Experience with C/C++ firmware for microcontrollers, processors, or FPGA platforms.
• Experience with FPGA architectures, real-time control, and high-speed data acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of electrical and firmware engineers.
• Establish engineering priorities, technical roadmaps, and development plans.
• Drive execution with project planning, reviews, and best practices.
