Job summary

Advanced IT Concepts, LLC is seeking an Electronic Technician Maintenance III/Lead at Fort Drum, NY. You will support the Home Station Instrument Training System (HITS) under the WTRS contract, performing PMCS, troubleshooting, and leading technicians in a dynamic, security-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree with related field, plus years of experience.
• Intermediate computer and networking skills; DoD security clearance required.
• On-Post driving privileges and ability to lift restrictions may apply.
• Experience with PMCS tasks, hardware/software upgrades, and MIS data.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to support device utilization for training.
• Monitor training schedules and ensure device readiness per contract.
• Plan, schedule and perform PMCS tasks IAW guidelines.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electronic, network, and system faults.
• Supervise and mentor Electronic Technicians I & II.
• Enter and review work orders in MIS and manage parts requisitions.
