Job summary

Shamrock Foods Company in Marana, AZ is seeking an Electromechanical Technician Lead (Days) to oversee maintenance of automated equipment on-site. Primary tasks include troubleshooting electrical/mechanical issues and implementing corrective and preventive actions.

The role requires strong leadership, PLC/I/O/VFD proficiency, and the ability to work a day shift (7:00 AM–3:30 PM) with a schedule of three 12-hour days and one 6-hour day. Excellent attendance and safety compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain a variety of equipment and perform preventative maintenance on DC/manufacturing equipment.
• Use diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot, analyze and predict failures.
• Dismantle machines and equipment to access problem areas.
• Operate metalworking machines to fabricate housings, fittings, jogs and fixtures.
• Inspect and measure parts to detect wear, misalignment or problems.
• Remove and/or replace worn or defective parts.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Other duties as assigned.
