Ideal candidates have 5–10 years of experience in mechanical, electrical, or robotics engineering and strong skills in prototyping and CAD. Qualifications

• 5–10 years in mechanical, electrical, or robotics engineering experience.
• Experience in taking engineered equipment from concept to commercialization.
• Hands-on prototyping and fabrication skills required.
• Knowledge of electromechanical controls, hydraulics, and high-voltage AC power.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, analysis, and component selection for projects.
• Drive prototyping, testing, and production of robotic systems.
• Mentor junior engineers and uphold standards of execution.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for integrated solutions.
• Conduct failure analysis and implement improvements.
