We’re seeking a Lead Electrician with a strong background in residential or commercial electrical work, who’s eager to transition into the booming solar energy industry. Solar experience is not required — we’ll train the right candidate.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage the electrical portion of solar installations on residential properties.

• Interpret electrical plans and manage safe, code-compliant wiring for solar PV systems.

• Oversee permits, inspections, and interconnection with utilities.

• Train and supervise electrician helpers, ensuring work is performed to NEC standards.

• Collaborate with solar crew leads and operations managers to deliver projects efficiently.

• Maintain a strong commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed electrician in the state of Florida (Journeyman or Master).

• 5+ years of electrical experience, preferably in residential work.

• Ability to lead a crew, train others, and manage jobsite operations.

• Willingness to travel for projects, including out-of-state (lodging provided).

• Strong understanding of the NEC, local permitting processes, and safety standards.

• Comfortable working outdoors and on rooftops when needed.

• Passion for learning and openness to solar training.
