Job summary

Prairie Band LLC is seeking an Electrical Foreman to oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems across commercial, industrial, and residential settings. You will lead the electrical crew, schedule tasks, and ensure work meets safety and code standards.

Collaboration with Project Managers and other trades is essential to keep projects on track. The role requires a Journeyman certification and proven leadership in construction electrical installations.

Qualifications

• Must have leadership experience and ability to supervise a crew.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes and standards.
• Experience in construction electrical installation and coordination with other trades.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the work of electrical technicians and apprentices.
• Create materials lists for assigned projects.
• Plan and organize daily tasks to meet project timelines and optimize resources.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
• Assist with troubleshooting and problem-solving as needed.
• Interpret electrical blueprints and schematics to plan installations.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders and address deviations from schedule or budget.
