The ideal candidate must possess a Nebraska Journeyman Electrician license, have strong leadership skills, and 2+ years of field experience. The role demands excellent problem-solving abilities and a commitment to safety practices.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of electrical field experience.
• Proven leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, assign, and supervise electrical activities.
• Ensure compliance with NEC and quality standards.
• Inspect work for accuracy and quality.
• Enforce safety policies and OSHA regulations.
