Job summary

Vertiv Corporation is seeking a lead Electrical Engineer to troubleshoot, test, and inspect electrical apparatus and supervise project teams. You will perform testing of power distribution with 15 kV class switchgear and write comprehensive project reports.

Responsibilities include developing scope and pricing for client proposals, supporting business development, and ensuring adherence to industry standards. Some travel and shift flexibility may be required.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent with electrical knowledge.
• Experience in testing and maintaining power distribution and switchgear.
• Knowledge of NEC/OSHA standards and NETA exams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Test and maintain electrical power distribution systems.
• Troubleshoot relay and power metering systems; calibrate relays.
• Prepare reports and process project billing promptly.
• Assist in complex analyses for labeling projects per standards.
• Support business development and proposal activities.
