Qualifications

• MS/PhD in a related field with 15+ years of experience in high-speed interconnects.
• Demonstrated leadership in architecture for AI/datacenter/networking platforms.
• Proven track record productizing 112G/224G PAM4 interconnects.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive end-to-end architecture for 224G/448G PAM4 interconnects including SerDes, package, PCB, connectors, cables, flyover, and rack-scale connectivity.
• Lead system-level SI and PI strategy: channel budgets, COM analysis, insertion loss, jitter, crosstalk, PDN design, and silicon-correlation.
• Advance architectures for PHY/SerDes, equalization, FEC, and tradeoffs across bandwidth, reach, power, latency, and reliability.
• Collaborate across silicon, package, board, power, and system teams to productize advanced connectivity solutions.
• Provide technical leadership for future interconnect roadmaps enabling scalable AI infrastructure.
