Job summary

Kurita America is seeking a Senior Quality Inspector for Electrical work in the Minneapolis area. The role focuses on receiving, in-process, and final inspections of electrical materials and systems, ensuring conformance to drawings and project specs.

Responsibilities include documenting results, coordinating with multiple teams, and escalating issues when necessary. Prior ISO-9001 experience and electrical inspection background are required for this position.

Qualifications

• Diploma from trade school or degree.
• Minimum of 3 years in a similar manufacturing role.
• Experience inspecting electrical components and control panels.
• Knowledge of ISO-9001 quality management.
• Experience with reading drawings and blueprints.
• Certified CA DIR Registered Electrician Trainee; UL 508A MTR knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspection of electrical materials, components, panels, equipment, and installed systems.
• Review electrical drawings, schematics, one-line diagrams, wiring diagrams, and BOMs.
• Verify materials match purchase orders, submittals, and project specs.
• Inspect electrical panels, control panels, MCCs, transformers, and equipment for workmanship.
