Job summary

Edgewater Technical Associates is seeking a Lead QC Engineer - Electrical to support a multi-year construction project at Savannah River Site. The role will focus on field QC inspections of electrical installations, testing, and turnover, ensuring conformity to drawings and project requirements.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in electrical QC/industrial construction, with knowledge of ASME NQA-1, DOE 414.1D, and the ability to interpret complex electrical drawings.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of electrical QC, inspection, or related industrial construction experience.
• Experience inspecting industrial electrical installations, power distribution, and site infrastructure.
• Knowledge of ASME NQA-1 and DOE Order 414.1D.
• Ability to interpret electrical drawings, one-lines, schematics, and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform field QC inspections for electrical construction, underground systems, testing, and turnover.
• Verify electrical work complies with drawings, specifications, codes, QMS, ASME NQA-1, DOE Order 414.1D, and project requirements.
