Strive Solutions in Town of Wausau, WI seeks an Electrical Engineering Team Lead to guide the design and delivery of electrical systems for complex construction and industrial projects. You will mentor engineers and designers, develop plans and documentation, and ensure designs meet safety standards and codes.

You will coordinate with project teams and clients, troubleshoot issues, and promote energy-efficient technologies throughout the design-build process.
