Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience wiring HVAC equipment.
• Experience working with electrical wiring and diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the team lead within the Electrical Panel Assembly department.
• Train and mentor employees on electrical assembly procedures.
• Support production teams in resolving workflow and quality issues.
