Job summary

Adams Electric Company in Weaverville, NC is seeking a skilled supervisor to direct electricians, apprentices, and helpers on busy job sites. You will plan, coordinate, and inspect work, enforce safety, review blueprints, and manage materials and schedules while mentoring crew to deliver quality results.

This role requires hands-on leadership, communication with management and customers, and the ability to forecast manpower needs.

Qualifications

• High School/GED or equivalent required.
• Electrical licensure required or proven related experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise electricians, apprentices, helpers, and temp workers on job sites.
• Examine and inspect work progress, equipment, and sites to ensure safety and specifications are met.
• Prepare safety analyses and safety reports for jobsites (Jobsite Safety Analysis, etc.).
• Coordinate with management, trade partners, and other departments to align work plans.
• Read specifications and blueprints to plan procedures and determine construction needs.
• Train workers in construction methods, equipment operation, safety procedures, and company policies.
