Kenny Electric, established in 1974, seeks a Foreman II in Denver to oversee field crews on diverse industrial and commercial projects. Plan, supervise, and deliver high-quality work meeting NEC codes and customer expectations.

You will manage crews (up to 15), coordinate with BIM staff, assist with procurement, and ensure safety and schedule adherence. Colorado-licensed journeyman or master electrician with foreman experience is required.

Formación

• Requires Colorado Journeyman or Master Electrician license.
• Six years of foreman experience.
• Ability to run two or more crews on large or small projects and supervise junior staff.
• Extensive experience in wiring systems, project installation, and material purchasing.
• Knowledge of NEC and industry practices; OSHA 30 and safety certifications.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee crews on projects ranging up to $1.5M.
• Lead a team of journeymen and Apprentices; coordinate 6–15 staff.
• Plan, layout, and install electrical systems per codes and specs.
• Coordinate with BIM Specialist on project needs.
• Assist with material procurement and purchase orders.
• Develop schedules and milestones; communicate with project leadership.
• Monitor project changes, delays, and financials; assist PM as needed.
• Study blueprints and track changes/as-builts; ensure NEC compliance.
• Coordinate with QA/QC on labeling and turnovers.
• Complete daily project documentation and site inspections.
• Mentor and train direct reports; conduct evaluations.
• Perform other duties as needed.
