Lead journeymen and apprentices, enforce NEC code compliance, and drive project efficiency. Requirements include a Colorado license, 6+ years as foreman, OSHA 30, and strong leadership capabilities.

Formación

• Current Colorado Journeyman or Master Electrician license.
• Six years of prior Foreman experience.
• Ability to run two or more crews and supervise staff.
• OSHA 30 and First Aid/CPR certification.

Responsabilidades

• Manages and leads crews on projects up to $1.5M.
• Plans layouts and installs per codes and specs; coordinates MOPs.
• Interacts with BIM Specialist to align project needs.
• Monitors safety, quality, and progress; maintains documentation.
• Mentors Journeymen and Apprentices; evaluates performance.
• Ensures NEC compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
