Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in power system testing and maintenance.
• Certified at NETA Level III or IV, or equivalent NICET certification.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in a field-based role.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site inspection, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of electrical systems.
• Lead and mentor junior technicians and field assistants.
• Generate detailed field service reports and maintain project documentation.
