Job summary

QUORE IT is seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer to own the full electrical architecture of a wearable BCI device. You will tie together audio, video, sensor, compute, and communication subsystems from schematic to production ramp, building the EE team from scratch and guiding SoC selection with external partners.

This is a deeply hands-on, high-ambiguity leadership role in a fast-moving startup. Hybrid in Palo Alto, you will help ship the first product early next year and shape hardware strategy

Qualifications

• Shipped a consumer electronics product as technical lead.
• System-level mixed-signal design across multiple subsystems.
• Experience with EEG or high-density sensor arrays is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the entire electrical architecture of the wearable platform.
• Evaluate and select SoC and key components; manage BOM and second-source strategy.
• Determine build vs. outsource strategy and build the EE team from scratch.
• Lead hardware bring-up and debug; drive DFM/DFT with contract manufacturers.
• Architect at the system level while addressing detailed hardware issues to ship early next year.
