We are hiring a Lead Engineer - Electrical on our Water/Wastewater Team! This is a great opportunity for a PE who is interested in working with a dynamic team on a wide range of projects.
The Lead Engineer – Electrical role supports projects within the Water-Wastewater team, ensuring technical success and project delivery. Projects range from municipal water treatment, wastewater treatment, pumping, conveyance, and private industry work with food and beverage manufacturing industries. This role will allow you to make significant contributions to the projects by designing the electrical power, lighting, and special systems to support the facilities design.
You will be working side-by-side with a team of knowledgeable engineers and professionals in an environment that fosters collaboration and career development. The expected compensation range for this position is displayed in accordance with the Minnesota Omnibus Labor and Industry Policy Bill Article 7 Section 2 and the Illinois Salary Transparency amendment to the Equal Pay Act of 2003. The final agreed‑upon compensation is based on a number of factors, including but not limited to: individual education, qualifications, skills, prior work experience, competencies, and geographic work location. The total annual compensation package may consist of a base salary and eligibility to participate, after a qualifying period, in our performance and discretionary incentive bonus program(s).
