Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• Professional Engineer license is required or actively pursued.
• 10+ years of related electrical engineering experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams in design and delivery of complex electrical systems across water, wastewater, industrial, energy, and facilities projects.
• Perform power system studies, electrical calculations, and layouts.
• Serve as primary technical contact for clients, partners, and regulatory agencies.
• Conduct site reviews to verify existing conditions and ensure designs meet project criteria.
• Develop technical papers, guidance, and design documentation for knowledge management.
• Collaborate with sales to develop proposals and respond to RFPs.
