Job summary

TEEMA Solutions Group is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead the design and delivery of electrical systems for industrial facility and infrastructure projects. You will mentor a small team, review complex designs, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure technical excellence.

The role requires a PE license, ABET-accredited degree, and 10+ years of industrial electrical design experience. You’ll travel up to 15% and contribute to proposals and planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design for industrial facility and infrastructure projects.
• Develop conceptual and detailed electrical designs meeting codes.
• Review drawings, calculations, specs, and design packages for quality.
• Perform power system analysis using SKM and/or EasyPower.
• Prepare engineering calculations, technical reports, and specs.
• Support construction by reviewing shop drawings and RFIs.
• Coordinate with disciplines to deliver projects.
• Meet with clients to discuss needs and provide recommendations.
• Assist with proposals and workload forecasting.
• Mentor junior engineers and lead a small team.
• Travel up to 15% for project and client support.
