Job summary

Wilson & Company, Inc., Engineers & Architects is seeking a full-time licensed Senior Electrical Engineer in the Albuquerque, NM office. You will lead electrical projects, manage teams, perform technical reviews, and develop designs and specifications for industrial facilities.

The role requires a PE license, 8+ years of experience, and strong communication skills. Responsibilities include client relations, project marketing, and involvement in fee preparation for procurement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of eight (8) years experience on similar projects.
• PE license is required.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical Engineering (or related subject).
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Experience as a Senior Electrical Engineer or able to step up to oversee multi-disciplinary rail/industrial projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical engineer of projects.

• Verification and technical review of designs.
• Provide design, design management, specifications, and studies of industrial type projects.
• Developing good client relationships.
• Marketing for new projects.
