This position offers the opportunity to work as a lead engineer within a project team environment, focusing on the design, modification, and analysis of electrical systems for projects ranging from plant retrofits to new installations.
You will be involved in power distribution design, preparing specifications for procurement, and supporting project execution.
Responsibilities include assisting project managers, coordinating design activities, preparing and reviewing engineering drawings and calculations, interfacing with vendors, and developing reports and studies. The role also involves mentoring less experienced engineers and traveling for design reviews and site inspections.
This position is based on a hybrid schedule, requiring in-office work 3 days per week.

Essential skills include a BSEE degree (power systems preferred), PE license or ability to obtain one, 8+ years of relevant experience in power plant or industrial plant design, and proficiency in electrical system calculations and equipment selection.
Valued skills include instrumentation and controls knowledge, project management, and construction/start-up experience.

Range: $109,410 - $168,770
