Job summary

Talanto is seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer to drive building design projects across healthcare, data centers, and commercial facilities. You will oversee electrical system design, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and mentor engineers.

You’ll work directly with clients, set QA/QC standards, and help shape design strategy while advancing workflows and tools. A PE license and 10+ years of experience are preferred, with proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience designing electrical systems for complex building projects.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license.
  • Strong experience with power distribution, lighting, and low‑voltage systems for facilities such as healthcare, laboratories, data centers, and mission‑critical environments.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit.
  • Experience leading technical teams, reviewing work, and setting electrical design standards.
  • Clear communication skills and comfort engaging directly with clients.

Job Description

’s Facilities Engineering and Design Team delivers innovative, high‑performance electrical solutions for technically complex projects across industries such as healthcare, education, data centers, commercial developments, and military facilities.

As a Lead Electrical Engineer, you’ll play a key role in both project execution and team leadership. This position is ideal for an experienced electrical engineer who enjoys mentoring others, working directly with clients, and guiding technical direction across complex building projects.

You’ll help elevate design quality, support client relationships, and contribute to the continued growth of the South Facilities & Design team.
