Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day electrical panel assembly, ensuring quality and on-time work.
• Train assemblers and provide guidance on procedures.
• Collaborate with engineering to resolve issues.
• Prepare production reports and participate in planning meetings.
• Manage material utilization and ship-loose accessories.
