You will serve as the primary engineering liaison among design teams, field operations, prefabrication, and contractors, ensuring project alignment with schedules and standards. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
• 5–7 years of experience in electrical construction engineering or BIM coordination; supervisory/lead experience preferred
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, ACC/Forma, Navisworks or Revizto, and Smartsheets
• Working knowledge of CPM scheduling, NEC code requirements, and shop drawing processes
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary engineering liaison between project stakeholders, including design teams, general contractors, field operations, and prefabrication teams
• Lead project planning and execution by aligning teams with CPM schedules, maintaining production schedules, monitoring budgets, and enforcing project standards and procedures
• Manage project communications, including RFIs, submittals, bulletins, site visits, issue tracking, and stakeholder coordination to ensure timely resolution of engineering challenges
• Establish and maintain project BIM environments, including Revit model creation and management, ACC/Forma administration, model integration, and compliance with company standards
• Act as the project BIM subject matter expert, supporting critical path planning, model coordination, and technology implementation
• Lead coordination efforts by managing clash detection, QA/QC reviews, coordination schedules, reporting, and resource allocation across internal and external teams
• Oversee shop drawing production, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, applicable codes, and engineering standards while maintaining drawing schedules and approval workflows
• Coordinate model-to-fabrication workflows, ensuring seamless handoffs between coordination and shop drawing teams to support project execution and prefabrication activities
• Maintain project reporting systems, Smartsheets, and documentation to provide visibility into project status, priorities, and deliverables

Position Summary:
The Lead Electrical BIM Specialist is the primary engineering leader on assigned projects, responsible for coordination, model management, shop drawing production, and overall project execution. Salary Range:$130k - $150k/year
