Job summary

Voith US Inc. in Florence, MS is seeking a Lead Electronic Technician responsible for calibrating, troubleshooting, and maintaining production equipment throughout the facility.

The ideal candidate will have strong electrical systems knowledge and the ability to diagnose and repair both electrical and mechanical systems. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with an associate degree in a relevant field or 5-7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment as an E&I Technician or Industrial Electrician.

Responsibilities

• Calibrate, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment.
• Coordinate with vendors to expedite parts for maintenance operations.
• Perform preventive, routine, and emergency maintenance.

Skills

Knowledge of electrical systems up to 600V

Diagnostic and repair skills for electrical and mechanical systems

Reading and interpreting technical manuals

Effective communication skills

Experience with electric motors and drives

Knowledge of industrial networking

Familiarity with automation integration

Understanding of current NEC standards

Experience with conduit bending

Education

High school diploma or GED

Associate degree in Industrial Electronics or similar
