Job summary

Kuok Group Singapore seeks an Engineering Project Electrical professional to lead major electrical engineering activities for marine/offshore projects. You will guide draftsmen and assistants, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule with high accuracy, and provide technical support for site issues.

Responsibilities include reviewing equipment specs, drafting system drawings, and coordinating with shipyards and vendors.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering & Electronics.
Knowledge of Power systems, Automation systems and Navigation systems.
Familiar with Rules and Regulations.
Proficient in AutoCAD, AVEV and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Familiar with Marine and offshore engineering processes.
Review and develop Equipment Technical Specifications based on Owner's Contractual Requirements, Classification bodies, and authorities.
Prepare engineering drawings (single line diagrams, equipment layouts, termination drawings).
Plan cable routing and build 3D models.
Prepare Cable cutting lists and schedules.
Provide technical support for site technical issues.
Assist Section Project Lead in day-to-day operations.
Review and advise on project design modes and standards.
Report project daily metrics (Man-hour, Schedule).
Coordinate with Shipyard/Consultant/Vendor.
Handle New builds, Repairs, Upgrades, Conversions.
