Pay Range

Position Summary: Provide leadership to the employees (instructors) in the education department. This position provides quality delivery of assigned courses using appropriate methods, including teaching, tutoring, and lecturing. It maintains a high student retention rate based on company, regulatory, and accreditation guidelines. It evaluates and assists in resolution of student issues and problems, and takes appropriate action to the satisfaction of the student and in compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements. It also provides leadership for program review, including process improvement and program development, systematic assessment of student progress, and learning outcomes.
High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of five years of field experience. Must meet all minimum state licensing requirements in regards to relevant field experience. Must be able to teach all phases of the program.
Position regularly deals with confidential information – exercise proper judgment in appropriately maintaining and securing that information at all times.
Knowledge and prior experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet basics.
