Job summary

Texas Children’s Hospital is seeking a Senior Electroneurodiagnostic Technologist to perform EEGs, long-term video monitoring, evoked potentials, or polysomnography per policy. The role includes maintaining patient safety and providing descriptive analysis under supervision.

The Senior END Technologist will contribute findings and collaborate with teams, requiring excellent communication skills and credentials held within their scope.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One of the following licenses/certifications required: CNIM, REEGT, or RPSGT.
• Minimum 2 years of Electroneurodiagnostic Technology experience, including clinical rotations.
• Excellent communication and patient-safety focus required.

Responsibilities

• Provides quality neurodiagnostic testing.
• Performs routine and complex neurodiagnostic procedures per ABRET/ACNS guidelines.
• Ensures electrode application per the 10–20 system.
• Maintains patient safety during clinically significant events.
• Documents information in the patient medical record and assists with billing.
• Assists in training END technologists.
• Performs other essential duties.
